Necessary Libra balance…

“The problem…basically: how to remain whole in the midst of the distractions of life; how to remain balanced, no matter what centrifugal forces tend to pull one off center; how to remain strong, no matter what shocks come in at the periphery and tend to crack the hub of the wheel.”
-Anne Morrow Lindbergh
Love this – in ’99 after my grandma had a heart attack I was sitting with her in her hospital room one evening she was sharing how one of her sons told her it seemed like she was the middle of the wagon wheel. She said she kinda liked that. Grandma raised 12 children with not a lot and just never knew a stranger. She just kept going AND she made her own happiness and fun. Her flaws were wonderful and just more to love. She totally got what Anne Morrow Lindbergh was talking about, and didn’t have the support of therapy:)
Love love love Grandma! Happy Earth Day! I’ll plant some pretty purple flowers just for you!
