Laying of my hands…

Baby boy.

I hear you.

I feel your struggle.

I know the difficulty of dealing with the world each day.

And so,

I am ever so grateful…

Because before I sent you off to face the world

You let me kiss one cheek, and then the other…

Again and again.

And you let me hold you,

And sing in your ear.

And pray over your head.

That today…

Might be just a bit easier for you.
